On last night's season 11 finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the E! star was nearing the end of her pregnancy with son Saint West and having lots of complications. At one point, Kim had to have sister Khloe Kardashian take her shoes off for her. "I just went to the doctor. Someone help me take my boots off," Kim says before revealing her puffy ankles and feet.
