Take That announce 'exciting' plans for a new Greatest Hits Tour

Take That have confirmed plans to celebrate their 30th anniversary with a new singles collection and huge tour.

Gary Barlow has confirmed some exciting plans for Take That as he continues to perform as a trio with Mark Owen and Howard Donald.

The 47-year-old sent fans into frenzy after revealing Take That will release a new singles collection to celebrate 30 years of the record-breaking band.

Despite fans initials hope of a full five-piece reunion, it seems like the group are proceeding as a trio without Robbie Williams and Jason Orange.

Gary tweeted: "There are some exciting announcements coming from TT iii soon. We've an extremely important release coming this Winter in the form of a Greatest Hits with a twist."

He continued: "Then in 2019 we will turn our recordings into a live show featuring all the hits from the last 3 decades."

Take That last toured the UK in 2017 in support of their Wonderland album.
