Sadly, Uma learned that rude, unwarranted comments don't end with childhood. Last month, the actress sported some different makeup at the New York premiere of The Slap, led to a lot of criticisms about her looks.

"I look weird," she later told Today's Savannah Guthrie, referring to a picture of her previous look. "I guess nobody liked my makeup. I mean, I've been doing this for years and years and years, and people say things nice and they say things mean, and it's just like—whatever!"
